When will I be able to move in?
If we have a unit that meets your storage needs available then you can move as soon as you are ready.
Do you require a notice before I remove my items from my storage unit?
Yes, we need a five (5) day notice before you remove your items from storage. You will be informed of this policy when you sign the lease.
Is there any documentation needed to rent a storage unit?
Yes, we require a valid state issued driver’s license or identification card.
What are the lengths of your lease terms?
We rent our units on a month-to-month basis, we offer discounts for leases signed for a year or longer.
Should I purchase insurance?
Buying insurance for your property is strongly recommended. We offer affordable insurance, inquire with our StoreRight manager when signing your lease.
Can I access my storage unit when the office is closed?
Yes. You will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access seven days a week from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. 24 hour access available upon request.
How can I make a payment?
You can pay by mail, a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You can pay in person at our office. You can also have payments automatically charged to your credit card on a monthly basis.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Money Orders, Checks, MasterCard, Visa or Discover and Cash.
Can I buy boxes and storage supplies from your office?
Yes. We sell moving supplies on site for your convenience and have a wide variety.
How will I know how much storage space for my needs?
You can contact one of our on-site managers and they will be able to help you understand your storage requirements. You can find examples of what may fit in a particular size unit on our website.
Do I need an appointment to view your storage units?
No, office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday or 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Saturday, we will gladly show you what we offer.
Do I need to purchase my own lock?
No, we provide locks on site.
Are there items that I am NOT able to store in your units?
Yes, PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE Liquids, Explosives, Flammable items, Toxic materials and Perishables. Click here for additional information. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding a specific item.
Do you have dollies or handcarts available to use at your facility?
Yes. We provide complimentary carts to help move you in.
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. and Saturday 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Customers can access the facility entrances seven days a week from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. 24 hour access available upon request.
