If you’d like to see a storage auction, live and in person; you’re more than welcome to attend our Lien Sale/Storage Auction, which will be held on Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at StoreRight Self Storage, 1227 S Lecanto Hwy, in Lecanto.

So, if you’d like to attend the auction, you certainly can. The public is welcome to bid. The auctioneer will explain the process before the bidding starts, but a couple things to note:
1. It’s CASH only, payable to the Auctioneer.
2. The winning bidder buys the entire unit, meaning everything in the unit. You can’t pick and choose items. The unit must be completely emptied out within 48 hours, and it must be in a broom clean condition after all items are removed.
3. A $50 CASH cleaning deposit is required. That needs to be paid to StoreRight at the conclusion of the sale. The $50 is returned once the unit is completely empty and has been inspected by a StoreRight employee.
